How did Cozy Posey come about?

We love kids. Simple as that. By trade, Wendi is an elementary teacher and Mike is a digital marketer. So, we thought we’d combine all of our experience and passion for kids into something that makes parents and kids happy. And here you have it, Cozy Posey!

How do you size your hats?

Sizing can be tough, especially when each and every head is different. We do our best to categorize the hats with age ranges so you can pick the best size for your little one(s). Since each hat is uniquely handmade, sizes do vary from hat to hat. The hats are made to stretch but it's your personal preference with how it's worn. Whether it's snug or loose, it doesn't take away from the cuteness! FYI: Little newborn baby + over-sized hat = memories forever!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Right now we process everything through PayPal. You can choose to use your PayPal account or you can use PayPal as a guest if you don't have a PayPal account and use any credit card you'd like. The process is simple and all of your information is completely secured by PayPal's robust ecommerce system.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship all over the world but most orders are within the United States and Canada.  If you have questions, please contact us here.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on the total order size and most orders run from $4.95 to $12.95. We also offer overnight and 2-day shipping options. You can choose your shipping method at during checkout.

What is your exchange and refund policy?

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us here and we will get it all worked out. Bottom line, we want you to be a happy customer so we will make sure we do everything we can to make that happen.
